The Staff Resilience Survey is designed to focus attention on opportunities to improve staff wellbeing and to build a resilient work culture. It is designed to establish a scientific evidence-base to assist you work towards a more engaging working culture.

This is important for two reasons: firstly, because the wellbeing of your staff is important for its own sake, and secondly, because unhappy or anxious staff will impact student learning.

The Staff Resilience Survey is an online survey which collects, analyses and reports the resilience, mental health and wellbeing of all staff in your school, across the 3 domains of: Self, Job and Workplace.

The Staff Resilience Survey was developed in collaboration with the Department of Psychology, Social Work and Social Policy at the University of South Australia (UniSA), led by Professor Kurt Lushington and Professor Jill Dorrian.
