This hands-on 90-minute Professional Learning session provides hands-on strategies, activities and games to re-energise students.

The idea behind Brainy Breaks is simple.

Students will often be expected to sit and learn for extended periods of time. Like all of us, our enthusiasm and effectiveness begins to wane. We all need a chance to recharge our batteries before putting our ‘thinking caps’ back on.

Brainy Breaks re-engages the students with short activities designed to stimulate movement and spark neural pathways.

In short, Brainy Breaks help to reset the mind for further learning.

Our aim is to send you back to the classroom with ideas and activities ready to put into action first thing tomorrow!

Who is it for?

Brainy Breaks is designed for classroom teachers at both Primary and Secondary levels across all subjects.
